Location good however would not recommend roomsTidy room, good breakfast, especially for early starts.The hotel room was ok quite small,breakfast was great.I guess I was dis satisfied with 15euro we were charged for early arrival at 11.30 am nor 2.00 pm.We had flown all night and I didn`t dis agree at the time,we just wanted to get some sleep.They had a non booked room available and they said it would cost an extra 15euro.I just didn`t think it was up to Ibis general way they treated us as we had no problem with Ibis in Lisbon.I contacted and registered a complaint with hotel chain,who contacted Ibis Milano who replied they can charge for this and that is what they will do.I guess I get the last say as were going to book at March end for 3 nights and I am going to cancel Lisbon for 2 nights that we have booked all ready,So I guess they will be the big losers of 5 nights booking and our bookings next year too.It is too bad this Ibis cost other Ibis hotels our business.We had previously had excellent experience and would recommend the chain other than this Milano central IbisDear Mr K., with reference to your kind email, we first of all would like to thank you for your feedback, in which we believe as proof of improvement.
